Privacy Policy

The short version

This site does not sell data and does not profile you. The only personal information collected is what you type into the contact form and send deliberately. The one exception to “no cookies” is Google Ads conversion measurement, described below — it is off by default wherever consent is legally required, and you can decline it.

What is collected

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following is processed:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name and budget range, if you provide them
• The message you write
• Your IP address and browser user-agent — used only for spam prevention and rate limiting

This is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to administer that relationship. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing lists.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused: it sets no cookies, uses no client-side state, and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It reports aggregate page views and referrers only.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We run Google Ads campaigns for the iTrading Buddy app and use Google's conversion tracking to measure whether an ad led to an App Store visit. This is the only component on the site that sets cookies.

It is implemented with Google Consent Mode v2:

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it is denied by default. Nothing is stored on your device unless you press Accept on the consent banner. Until then Google receives only aggregate, cookieless signals.
• Elsewhere — where prior consent is not legally required — it is enabled by default. You can still decline at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The data goes to Google, not to us, and we see only aggregate conversion counts. We never send Google your name, email, or anything you typed into the contact form. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to serve and secure the site. This is normal infrastructure operation.

Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security, analytics, and the database that stores contact submissions.
• Resend — a fallback path for delivering contact form submissions as email.
• Google — advertising conversion measurement only, subject to the consent rules above. It receives no contact form data.

Both are used strictly as processors acting on our instructions. No other third party receives your data.

How long it is kept

Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the business relationship, and are deleted when no longer needed. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email hello@jvmobiledevelopment.com and we will action any valid request within 30 days, at no cost.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to the site owner.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
